The support columns are used to attach shelf supports, cables holders, pegboards and more! Attached the shelf arms to make a mezzanine shelf. Also, attached the 2×4 pockets to make heavy duty shelving or a workbench. And is manufactured of Galvanized G90. Weighs 9 lbs each column. Depending on what you are wanting to do, will determine on how many columns you will need.
