Ramps are covered by a 2 year guarantee which also covers defects in material, workmanship, and rust perforation. For ramps, we also have a 1 year accidental damage policy. We will supply replacement parts at no charge if you damaged your ramp during normal use. This is limited to 50% of the value of your ramp. Shipping costs for the parts are your responsibility.
